I also often wonder at how a newspaper or news programme manages to fill all of its pages and airtimes. The second that I go and look into it, I realise that they don't they just fill it full of anything.
The news channels must be getting pretty desperate and the researchers that conducted this research should definitely be out of a job. Who funded this research? Surely there are more important causes out there to fund.
My main issue with the article was that these researches said to head for the hills and not to follow the advice of popular zombie apocalypse show, The Walking Dead. The researchers highlighted that the Canadian Rockies would be the safest place to head and not to try doing what the characters in the show done and find somewhere secure to hole up.
For those of you that watch The Walking Dead, the prison to me seemed like an excellent place to try and survive a zombie apocalypse. It was only their own stupid quarrels with their neighbours that endangered their survival and forced them to move out.
Anyway according to the research, nobody would survive a zombie apocalypse for more than a few months. Something I don't believe to be true at all.
